"From energy efficient building to energy efficient cities!" This is the theme of the international conference to be held in Polotsk on 27-28 June as part of the SURE project. The event will coincide with Energy Days and will be open to other CIUDAD projects and indeed any ENPI-East interested in Energy Efficiency, as well as project partners, Covenant of Mayors Office, representatives from Belarus ministries, administrations, regional and local authorities, city councils, the EU Delegation in Belarus, and institutions from Belarus, Ukraine, Morocco, Germany, Spain, and France.
