content-related themes like environmental, economic and social sustainability;
policy-related themes like legal, institutional and financial frameworks, alignment with national and/or EU policies, financing and funding sources, etc.
Further issues to be taken on by these broader networking events may emerge from the further process of grant projects' implementation, e.g. with regard to the interaction between local authorities and NGOs, the importance of political and legal framework conditions, etc.
